Faisal has gathered a talented team to bring RDI to market. Prior to founding RDI he was Executive at Jade Water Group overseeing business and corporate development for Latin America’s largest casino gaming operator.  Functioned as CTO/ COO for TableMAX where he successfully moved the company from a private to public entity.   Faisal was the VP of IT at Global Cash Access, the gaming industry’s leading provider of cash access solutions. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree in 1996 and a Master of Business Administration degree in 2005, both from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

jack saltiel - President, Lottery

Jack began his gaming career over 40 years ago when he was a founder of Datatrol where he worked with Victor Markowitz and Guy Snowden in the company that became GTECH. He has an extensive career in creating, building, management lottery operations throughout the world. Additionally, Jack was the CTO at Cadillac Jack to 2008 after which he founded and became CEO of Eclipse Gaming Systems. Jack is founding partner of RDI. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Tufts in 1973 and earned his Masters in Management from MIT in 1977.

Daniel is the author of RDI's systems and platforms and directs the technology to maintain its cutting edge distinction. Prior to co-founding RDI, Daniel spent thirteen years as a serial entrepreneur, founding nine companies in emerging technology. His creations are now deployed throughout the world in industries of networking, data forensics, competitor monitoring, identity management and point-of-sale.



Todd McGlaun - VP engineering

Todd brings eighteen years of software architecture and development experience to the table. Most recently, six of those years have been in the gaming industry at companies such as MGM Mirage and Paltronics where he developed progressive bonus systems and player loyalty systems, as well as, machine interface cards for gaming machine communications via the SAS and Mikon protocols. He is experienced with casino in-house IT departments and SOA interfaces for casino floor and guest loyalty applications. Prior to transitioning to the gaming industry, Todd owned his own company, Lunar Software, and was a contractor with the NNSA/DOE developing system certification and accreditation software to protect the agencies' hardware and system assets.



Joe began his 17 year software career after serving for 5 years in the Navy. He started in the world of machine automation creating customizable user interfaces for servo and stepper motors. He then spent five years working at the defense contractor Raytheon helping to produce a certification and accreditation system for the NNSA/DOE. For the next 8 years, Joe worked in the medical device industry making software to improve patient safety and reduce costs of medical care. His most recent project involved working for a non-profit to produce a free, open-public software package for medical device vendors to use to standardize the proprietary data output for their devices. Gaming, however, is not new to Joe. He's been an avid gamer his whole life and is now channeling his software talents in the gaming industry.
